As per your choice, you can make any easy pancake. But I love simple white flour pancakes.

Fluffy Pancakes recipe are made with all-purpose flour, some sugar, salt, butter, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk. All ingredients are combined well with no lumps and mixed until smooth. Then heat a frying pan and melt some butter or spray oil, add a scoop of the batter to the pan, wait for bubbles and a golden-brown colour, and finally remove it from the pan.
