It can be made at any time. I shared my experience. You can use a grill or a grill pan. If the cooking time is perfectly maintained, it will be a perfect and tasty dish. INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Ground beef (80/20)
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons liquid milk
- 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, garlic powder to taste, or other spices of choice
- 1 big-sized tomato
- 1 big-sized red onion
- 4 slices of cheese
- Sauces (restaurant style): BBQ Aioli, Mustard Aioli, Dijon Aioli, Ketchup Aioli
- 4 Burger buns
- Green leaf lettuce
HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT JUICY HAMBURGER PATTY RECIPE

If you want to make restaurant-style and homemade burgers from scratch, let’s prepare it.
- First, take out a large bowl and add the ground beef. Add the whisked egg, sauce, milk, and breadcrumbs. Mix well by hand until the beef mixture is very smooth. Complete the beef mixture, then use a knife to cut and divide it into 4 patties. Shape the burger patties into squares with your hands, and press the middle with a spoon.
- Set out a grill pan and transfer the patties. Then place the pan over medium heat, add some butter, and cook the burgers on each side for 5 minutes. If you want to grill, go for it. No matter how you cook, let the patties rest for a few minutes.
- You can use a meat thermometer to cook easily. When a burger is done, use the thermometer. You can cook the patties medium-well or well-done. Medium-well means 150°F, and well-done means 160°F. I recommend cooking burger patties to well-done heat. When the patties are cooked, add cheese to the patties, cook for a few minutes, then remove them from the pan.
- Then, use the same pan to fry the burger buns for 2-3 minutes on each side. Apply a generous amount of sauce to both sides of the buns. Then add lettuce, tomato, and red onion onto the bottom bun.
- Add the ready cheesy burger patties to the bun. Ready to eat and enjoy! Serve with onion rings, sweet potato fries, french fries, or hot tomato sauce. The homemade hamburger taste is amazing. I’m sure you can make it and enjoy eating it.
MAKE BURGER SAUCE
I can make 4 restaurant-style sauces to use on the hamburger:
- First, make BBQ Aioli: Mix 1/3 cup mayo with 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce until it changes colour, then it’s ready.
- Second, make Mustard Aioli: Mix 1/3 cup mayo with 1 tablespoon yellow mustard until it reaches a nice colour.
- Third, make Dijon Aioli: Mix 1/3 cup mayo with 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
- Finally, make Ketchup Aioli: Mix 1/3 cup mayo with 1 tablespoon ketchup until well mixed, and it’s ready for the burger sauces.
