How to Make Easy Homemade Meatloaf

First, preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Take a medium frying pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Wait until hot. Add minced onion and press for a while, then add garlic. When garlic and onion are soft, add carrot. When all ingredients are soft, remove the pan and set aside to cool.
Take a large bowl and add ground lean beef, salt and black pepper, cooked vegetables, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, minced parsley, beef powder, eggs, and some milk. Mix well by hand. Be careful not to over-mix.
When the beef mixture is ready, add it to the loaf pan, press down, and shape the meat.
Take a medium bowl and prepare the glaze. Add tomato sauce, salt and black pepper, and vinegar. Mix all ingredients well to make the glaze. Brush the glaze on the shaped meatloaf.
