So I love oats because they are really quick and easy to make. I’m sure you will eat them and get a lot of energy.

It is a very easy and simple recipe. You will need oats, dry fruits, milk, water, nuts, and salt. So we need 3 items.

Types of Oats:
- Organic Rolled Oats: Oats are very important because they are a healthy and nutritious food. Organic rolled oats are my favorite. They cook very soon. Every 1 cup of oats for 2 cups of water.
- Quick Oats: Quick oats are fine oats. The cooking process is the same, but quick oats cook quickly. Same 1 cup of oats for 2 cups of water. Quick oats I prefer when I need them quickly.
- Steel Cut Oats: This is different from rolled oats and quick oats. Steel cut oats take a long time to cook, needing 15 to 20 minutes. But steel cut oats are very tasty.
- Old Fashioned Oats: Old fashioned oats and rolled oats are the same. You can choose them, but old fashioned oats cook time is 5 minutes. Use 1 cup of oats for 2 cups of water or milk.
Recipe Instructions:
- At first, take a medium pot and add water, oats, and salt. Cook on medium to low heat. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until your oats are thickened. When the oats are thickened, turn off the gas and wait for them to cool.
- Banana and Apple: Slice the banana and apple, mix them with the oats, and add honey. It’s ready to eat.
- Banana with Nuts: Slice the banana and nuts. I recommend using fresh bananas and nuts with some sugar.
- Sugar with Nuts: I suggest that homemade brown sugar is best. Mix nuts with brown sugar and oats.
- Mango with Oats: Fresh mango is best, but if no fresh mango is available, use frozen mango. I love it. It is the best food.
- Chocolate and Chocos with Oats: Chocolate and chocos with oats are very delicious. It is mainly for babies, but I also like it. When the oatmeal is warm, add the choco or chocolate. It is very tasty if you add a banana and sugar syrup or protein powder.
More Tips:
- Fruits: Use fresh fruits like bananas, mangoes, apples, cherries, and blueberries. It is also important to use dry fruits.
- Nuts: Use various nuts like almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, and cardamom. Add them to the oats and they are ready to eat.
- Honey: Honey is optional, but adding honey makes it very tasty.
- Protein: Add protein powder.
