How to Make Hard Boiled Steamer Eggs

Perfectly steamed boiled eggs are very important. You know soft boiled eggs need 6 minutes and hard boiled eggs need 12 minutes. So, proper timing is 10 to 12 minutes.

Mainly use a steam cooker. But if you don’t have one, a medium saucepan and a steamer basket will work. 

First, use a medium pot with water and bring it to a high heat. Then add the eggs and cook for 10 to 12 minutes for hard boiled eggs.

When the eggs are steamed, turn off the gas. Wait for them to cool.

Then transfer the eggs to a large pot with ice water and wait for them to cool for at least 10 minutes.

Then tap the eggs all over to crack the shell. Remove the shell with your hands.

Slice the eggs into two pieces and add some salt, black pepper, and salad. Eat every morning. Perfect, delicious food.

Tips and Tricks

When you steam the eggs, make sure the eggs are fresh. Fresh eggs are better than old eggs, so fresh eggs are important.

Then cook the eggs, turn off the gas, and transfer the eggs to ice water. Wait for 10 minutes.
