Ingredients Needed for Chicken Cheese Rolls:
- Boneless chicken breast (300 gm)
- Salt as required
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon hot tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic (sliced and pasted)
- 1 cup onion (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 4-5 green chili slices
- Cheese
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
How to Make Cheesy Chicken Rolls:
- First, take a medium bowl, add water, and turn on the gas. Heat the water on medium and boil it. Add the chicken breast and some salt. Wait for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is boiled. Then turn off the gas and transfer the chicken. Wait for it to cool, then grate it. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add 1/2 teaspoon garlic slices and onion slices, and fry for one minute. Add salt and fry. Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, chili flakes, and hot tomato sauce, and mix well. Fry until well cooked.
- Once the chicken is fried, add all-purpose flour, green chili slices, and black pepper, and mix well. Add liquid milk and cook for a few minutes.
- After a few minutes, when the chicken mixture is cooked, turn off the gas. Transfer the chicken mixture to a plate and wait for it to cool.
- Once the chicken mixture is cool, make chicken rolls with cheese as the filling. It’s very important to put cheese in the filling. Repeat the process for every chicken roll.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs well and add some salt and black pepper. On another plate, spread out the bread crumbs. Take one chicken roll, dip it in the egg mixture, and coat it with breadcrumbs. Repeat the same process for all the chicken cheesy rolls. Place them on a clean, dry plate. Put them in the fridge to dry out for about one hour, if you wish. You can also keep them in an airtight container, ready to freeze. You can fry them whenever you want.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry the rolls until they are golden brown. Don’t overcrowd the pan; I only fry four rolls at a time. After frying, transfer the chicken rolls to a kitchen towel or paper towel. Repeat the same process for all the chicken rolls.
- For the final step, place the rolls on a serving dish and serve them with any sauce you like. Enjoy!
