How to Make Chicken Nuggets

  1. First, take fresh farm boneless chicken breasts. Of course, it should be boneless chicken because it is the main ingredient and important.

Then use a blender and add the chicken and blend until the chicken is minced. Blend for 5 to 6 minutes. Next, add the spices, cornstarch, and water. Then add the chicken masala (masala means garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, onion paste, and salt) and mix well until combined.

  1. Next step: Transfer the chicken mixture to a plate and shape the chicken mixture into a ladyfinger shape, rectangular shape, or round shape. Choose any shape you like. I prefer ladyfinger and rectangular shapes. My children like these shapes.

Place them on a tray with baking paper and freeze them for 30 minutes.

  1. Next step: In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour with salt and black pepper. In a separate bowl, add eggs and whisk well. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

First, coat the shaped chicken nuggets in flour, then dip them in the egg wash, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs. Repeat the process for all chicken nuggets until they are finished.

  1. Next step: Heat a medium fry pan on the stove. Add 3-4 cups of oil. Wait until the oil is hot, then fry the coated nuggets until they are golden brown. Fry the nuggets in batches if necessary, cooking them for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Once all the chicken nuggets are fried, transfer them to a paper towel to absorb some of the oil before serving.
  3. At the last step: Serve the chicken nuggets. On the serving plate, add different items like sauces—such as tomato sauce, yogurt, chili tomato sauce, or macaroni salad. You can choose any sauces you like. I prefer chili tomato sauce.

So, try it and enjoy eating.

How to Store Chicken Nuggets
